By using PrivBeacon you agree to use the scanner for lawful purposes on sites you own or have permission to test. Scan results are informational and not legal advice. Subscription terms are governed by your plan and Stripe billing agreement.

Service description

PrivBeacon provides automated website privacy scanning, compliance reporting, and related tools. Results are heuristic and informational — not legal advice.

Acceptable use

You may only scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to test. Do not use PrivBeacon to attack, overload, or access systems without permission.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Refunds are handled per our billing policy and applicable consumer law. See Privacy Policy for data handling.

Limitation of liability

PrivBeacon is provided "as is." We are not liable for compliance outcomes, fines, or damages arising from reliance on scan results. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.
